We have two Patent applications;

Original application (AU 2017203521) (Parent)

Divisional application (AU 2018279017) (Child)

The Divisional, or Child, Application was accepted by Australia IP as a patent in February 2021. We currently await the paperwork – Acceptance Notice

The Original, Parent, Application is also being pursued. The Parent, if secured, helps to support the Child if the Divisional (Child) is ever challenged in court by a third party. So, the parent is important but not essential.
