Maintenance and Income

Xirasol provides a warranty to Customers then provides Preventative Maintenance and charges an Annual Fee. As there is over 6MW installed this Preventative Maintenance Fee is quite Substantial.

Estimated Annual Maintenance Income from the portfolio is approximately $300,000 and can be fixed in with long term contracts. (Main Sites are already in contract).

​

Reports can easily be emailed to customers and involves a visit by a trained technician every 6 months. This reduces any issues associated with Xirasol's Tracking System. Time on-site is usually only a few hours per visit per site.

There are also Daily monitoring and data charges.
