Robotic Cell 2 - Crossbar Welding

 

Dual Axis Robotic Welding Cell purchased from Ford Motors utilising ABB Robots and Fronius Welders for reliable welding. A Crossbar can have single welds, double welds or cross stick welding for additional strength. The cell has a rotating turntable with jigs each side allowing for welding one side and unloading/loading the other side. The weld time is approximately 3.25 minutes per Crossbar.
