Crossbar Support Line

The angle brace or Crossbar Support is made by first cutting 25mm angle, pressing holes in both ends, folding the centre angle then welding in support, galvanising and pressing in bearing.

​

It is a quick process with the welding being done in the Cell 2 - Crossbar Welder.

​

The process is designed for 1 worker and can keep up with production.

​
