Xirasol Purlin Line

The Solar Panels sit on the Purlins and the Purlins attach to the Crossbar. The Purlins and Crossbars are designed to fit 3 Solar Panels wide on each side of the Crossbar.

Galvanised Rolled Steel is straightened and cut to length in the Xirasol Purlin Line. After passing through the Straightener rollers the Punches punch the required holes for mounting the Solar Panels and the Crossbar.

​

The trolleys then take the cut Purlin to the Break-press to where it is filed into a Z-Purlin for strength and Mounting.
